Returns, Refunds and Title
We do not offer returns on product.
Rainbow attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Rainbow does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Rainbow Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. It’s very important that you look over the list and measure the parts on your swing set to ensure that the correct parts are on the list. If the incorrect parts are sent to you, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges, labor charges, and charges to return the incorrect parts to the factory.
Please inspect the parts when they arrive, to make sure that the parts are not damaged in transit. If there is damage we request that you refuse the shipment and have the parts sent back to us. Please also note on the delivery receipt that there was damage. If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Please allow 10-12 business days to process and ship your order.
