The basic step-by-step guide on how to register your swing set and file a warranty claim:

Step 1: Register Your Play System. You will need to register your swing set if you haven’t registered since June 2014.

Step 2: You will receive a customer ID by e-mail. Save this ID in a safe place. If you have lost track of the customer ID and e-mail, please fill out the Request Your Customer ID form and it will be reviewed.

Step 3: Next, you will File a Warranty Claim. You cannot file a claim without doing Step 1 and registering your swing set.
